«ES-Energy. SCADA» software system
«ES-Energy» software system uses common approach to data acquisition from different intelligent electronic devices, IED, including electrical measuring transducers, microprocessor relay protection and automation devices, microprocessor electric power meters, power quality analysers, emergency oscillographs.
Since 2000 the Engineering Centre «Energoservice», has actively employed electrical measuring transducers within the structure of «ES-Energy» software system.
In most of the telecontrol information acquisition systems, installed by the Engineering Centre «Energoservice» we used electrical measuring transducers PC6806-03 manufactured by the Voronezh company «Electromechanics».
Electrical measuring transducers PC6806 carry out a full complex of telemeasurements for one connection and fulfill the functions of telecontrol and the telesignal system, as well as electric power metering and measurement of active capacity with 0.5S accuracy degree. In the projects implemented by the Engineering Centre «Energoservice» electrical measuring transducers PC6806 are used as the basic source of the telecontrol information and as well as back up electric power meters in places of connections of substations (power plants) belonging to the section of the wholesale electric power market, they are also used as technical meters of electric power at other connections.
In addition to electrical measuring transducers PC6806 the experts of the Engineering Center develop a series of ENIP multipurpose measuring transducers which combine high accuracy of electrical networks parameters measurements and fast response.
Data acquisition units of the ENKS family are the most important components of «ES-energy» system, they are analogues of telecontrol CP when applied at the objects controlled by IED.
«ES-SCADA» software system consists of the data acquisition software, real time databases managed by Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005, «ES-dispatcher», «ES-mode» and «ES-Shield» software.
«ES-SCADA SQL» database is a source of retrospective information, and «ES-ÀÑÄ» software provides operative information to client appendices; it is complemented with the module of on-line data storage, based on the principle of «common memory». A special service has an access to the on-line information with the aid of TCP/IP protocol.
«ES-dispatcher» software makes it possible to display the current tele-control information with the help of the active symbolic circuit developed by «Modus» editor, visualize current tele-measurements on virtual panel of devices and measurement trends for the chosen elements of symbolic circuit, display vector diagrams of currents and voltage, look through the retrospective information.
The client software «ES-mode» is designed for electric power generation (consumption) control in real time scale according to the dispatching schedule made by the System operator. Thus to control the dispatching schedule it is possible to use not only the telecontrol information, but also the information stored at power meters database.
Systems of technological information exchange completed by «ES-Energy» software system, ENKS–2 and ENKS–3 electrical measuring transducers were installed at power plants of OGK–6, TGK–2, Arkhenergo, Komienergo, Karelenergo, Vorkutaugol, gas-turbine power plants of Energomash corporation and other enterprises.
