Power Engineering

The JSC «Engineering Centre «Energoservice» specializes in designing (modernization) of switching equipmen and substations of 400V to 110 kV for power plants, electrical networks and industrial enterprises, including oil and gas installations.

The Engineering Centre provides initial exploratory designs and design estimates, delivers the equipment, performs installation, commissioning and adjustment, provides warranty and post-warranty service.

When constructing new energy objects or upgrading existing energy plants the JSC «Engineering Centre «Energoservice» can function both as an overall contractor, or provide part of the installation or subsystems.

All works related to the choice of the equipment, assembling of electrical cubicles and panels, installation, commissioning and adjustment works are done according to the specifications developed both by the specialized design institutions, and by design department of the JSC «Engineering Centre «Energoservice». Experts of the centre conduct calculations and research activities when preparing design documents and documents related to completion of works, which are to meet the standards and regulations.

Activities

Design and turn-key construction of switching equipment and substations from 400V to 110 kV with application of modern technologies (vacuum and gas-insulated circuit breakers, dry transformers, over voltage suppressors, etc.) and modern intelligent electronic devices and meters (relay protection devices, digital electrical process recorders, electrical measuring transducers, etc.).

All works related to power plants establishment for oil and gas installations (self-contained power supply systems, switching equipment and substations, electric networks, systems of technical safety and communication).

Retrofit of existing switching equipment and substations from 400V to 110 kV: modernization of the power and switching equipment, replacement or installation of new current and voltage measuring transformers, modernization of relay protection and telecontrol systems, electrical processes recorders, power meters, systems of technical safety and communication).

Establishment and modernization of independent and emergency electric power supply systems, systems of uninterruptable power supply of main consumers at industrial enterprises.

Design and assembling of low voltage switchboards (up to 6300 А).

Design and assembling of cabinets for automatic devices, including rackmount cabinets for relay protection and automation systems, telecontrol, automation electric actuator, monitors.

Application of energy saving technologies, including control units of capacitor banks, automation electric actuator, etc.
