Electric laboratory

There is an electric laboratory within the structure of the Engineering center «Energoservice». The experts of the laboratory supervise installation, commissioning and adjustment, prepare manuals, put systems into operation, make submissions to regulatory and technical approval bodies.

Registration number of the Certificate is REL 225–06/07. It was issued on June 19, 2007. It is valid till June 19, 2010.

Mobile electric laboratory of the JSC «Engineering Center «Energoservice» was registered in the Department of Technological and Environmental Supervision of the Arkhangelsk Region branch of Rostechnadzor. The Laboratory has a permit to carry out tests and measurements of electrical equipment and electrical installations with the voltage less and more than 1000 V.

The list of permitted tests and measurements:

  • insulation-resistance test;
  • resistance test of the loop «phase-null»;
  • current spreading resistance test of ground grids, soil resistivity;
  • resistance test in grounded circuit and voltage equalization;
  • measurement of protective disconnecting device;
  • relay protection and automation systems tests;
  • overvoltage test;
  • distance definition to the places of cable insulation failure;
  • loop resistance and cable conductors asymmetry test;
  • cable capacitance test;
  • electrical machine windings resistance test;
  • illumination level test.
