Everybody understands that effective work of comprehensive engineering systems is not possible without permanent routine attention and planned precautionary maintenance.

After the completion of installation, commissioning and adjustment the experts of the service department provide intermediate maintenance that includes operational settings, warranty repair and replacement of the equipment that failed through the producer's fault.

We also offer servicing for engineering systems that have been installed at the plant or in the office.

Since 2007 we have offered servicing for the following engineering systems:

Ventilation, air-conditioning and indoor climate systems;
Technical and engineering infrastructure, telephone systems;
Uninterruptible power supply;
Fire and burglar alarm and warning systems;
Security and process CCTV monitoring systems;
Access control;
Fire fighting systems;
Integrated systems of technical safety.

In the future it is planned to enter electric power supply systems, other low-current nets, controlling and measuring instruments and automatons in the list.

Our principal approach to maintenance is to carry out compulsory routine maintenance by specially trained personnel and to provide fast response to accidents or breakdowns.

We develop checklists for routine maintenance of the equipment and get the Customer’s approval. The time of routine maintenance is stated in checklists. To provide fast response to accidents we keep different equipment at our storage — from fire detector to processor plates for automatic exchange.
